In December each year all Chivas employees receive their Total Reward Statement .

Sent to their home address, the statement is a summary of the overall remuneration and benefits package they receive from Chivas. The statement details the various elements of pay received and the value of the benefit schemes they participate in, which can be useful when reviewing financial matters.

The statement also gives you the opportunity to review the personal information held on our HR system.
