FBINAA 2025 Annual Report

LEADERSHIP FORUMS In 2025, the FBINAA conducted 12 Leadership Forums: Mass Casualty Response Leadership Forums, Officer Resiliency, Safety & Wellness Leadership Forums, School Shooting Prevention Leadership Forums, and Leadership Tactics and Strategies for Tumultuous Times Leadership Forums. The goal of these Forums is to provide all law enforcement and other leaders with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to improve the overall security and wellness of their communities. OFFICER SAFETY & WELLNESS Officer resiliency, safety, and wellness continue to be one of the keystone advocacy issues of the FBINAA. In 2025, thanks to the support of the Motorola Solutions Foundation and the Enterprise Mobility Foundation, over 5,000 law enforcement and correctional officers were trained in the Comprehensive Officer Resilience ProgramĀ® and 40 new trainers were certified through Train the-Trainer programs held throughout our Chapter network. 61ST NATIONAL ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE The four-day 2025 National Annual Training Conference, held in Baltimore, Maryland, was attended by over 1,600 participants. The conference program followed the long-standing format and included 38.5 hours of law enforcement training sessions, along with one required general membership meeting, two major evening events, a welcome reception in the exhibit hall, an additional social mixer on the exhibit hall floor, opening and closing ceremonies, a professional exhibition, and four hospitality receptions. The FBINAA extends sincere appreciation to the Maryland/Delaware Chapter, with special recognition to the Co-Host Committee and its members, whose leadership and dedication were instrumental to the conference’s success. The event also received tremendous support from other FBINAA Section III Chapters, as well as local law enforcement volunteers from the metropolitan Baltimore area.
