We do ask that you carefully select roses hardy to your climatic zone and you accept delivery at the recommended planting time for your area. Should you have a loss, return the plastic label that is attached to your rose to make your claim. Please note, due to increasing shipping costs, it is necesary to charge a modest fee of $5.00 for each replacement rose.
