Oscar Production Group is a manu- facturer of heat and corrosion resistant tube and pipe in titanium, nickel alloys and special stainless steels. The company was established from the production and technical facilities of the Tube Drawing Workshop No 4 (TDW-4) of the original Nikopol Yuzhnotrubny Plant (NYTB) Ukraine, which was built in 1975. The company’s products are intended for industries that have severe process applications, such as the nuclear power industry, aerospace industry, chemical and petro-chemical industries, oil and gas exploration and production, ship building and defence industry, in addition to other industries that require high specification tubes and pipes for difficult applications.

The company’s quality management control system is certified to ISO 9001: 2008 by TUV Thuringen and VNITI-TEST national certification centre in Ukraine, SEPRO system.

The company can manufacture materials with a wide range of specifications, depending on customer requirements. Product sizes range from 0.3 to 133mm diameter, 0.08 to 15mm wall thickness in seamless tubes; ¼" nominal bore to 4" nominal bore in sch 5, 10, 40 and 80 pipe; 16 to 76mm diameter multilayer (2 to 12 layers) tubes, with thickness of individual layers of 0.16 to 0.25mm; extremely thin-walled and ribbed tubes of titanium alloys in a standard size range.

Extra long tubes can be produced depending on customer requirements.

To do so, the drainage is poured inside the socket before the latter is lowered into the well, then, once the socket is placed around the screen, it dissolves in a short time leaving only the drainage gravel. The riser pipe for submersible pump is cheaper than usual steel pipes used for this purpose as it is made of PVC, while offering the same performance.
