Request Wire Investigation The Request Wire Investigation function allows you to address suspicious wires—whether sent or received—or any red flags that occur. From the Payments & Transfers menu, select Request Wire Investigation under Wire Processing.

1 8 Enter your contact information, including name, phone number and email address. 2 8 Select the relevant account from the drop-down menu. Next, choose the type of wire you would like to investigate.
