P ROCEDURES 1. Select the cell in which you want to use the AutoComplete feature. 2. Begin typing the entry, until the desired completed entry appears in the cell. 3. Press [Enter] . 4. Right-click the cell in which you want to use the Pick From Drop-down List feature. 5. Select Pick From Drop-down List . 6. Select the desired entry.

4. Right-click the cell in which you want to use the Pick From Drop-down List feature. A shortcut menu appears.

Click Pick From Drop- down List

A list of available entries for the active column appears.

6. Select the desired entry.

Click Boston

The entry appears in the active cell.
