You can also select a range of cells and use the [Delete] key to clear the contents of multiple cells.  P ROCEDURES Replace contents of a cell: 1. Select the cell containing the data you want to replace. 2. Type the new data. 3. Press [Enter] . Edit existing contents of a cell: 1. Activate Edit Mode Option A: 1. Click the cell you want to edit. 2. Position the insertion point in the Formula Bar . Option B: 1. Double-click the cell you want to edit. 2. Position the insertion point in the entry, either in the Formula Bar or in the cell. 2. Edit the entry as desired. 3. Make additional editing changes as desired. 4. Press [Enter] . Clear existing contents of a cell:

1. Select the cell containing the entry you want to delete. 2. Press the [Delete] key to clear the entire cell entry.
