2. Select Save As .
Click Save As .
The Save As screen appears.
3. On the Save As screen, click Browse . The Save As dialog box opens,

5. To change the file type, select the Save as type list. A list of available file types appears.

The selected file type appears in the Save as type box.

The Save As dialog box closes, and the workbook is saved with the new name and type to the selected folder.
9. Observe the application title bar.
You are now working in Salesnew.xls
Practice the Concept: Close the workbook. Then, open the Salesnew workbook from the Sales Reports folder. Close the Salesnew workbook.
Using the Open dialog box, open the student data folder. Right-click the Sales Reports folder and select the Delete command. Select Yes to confirm the deletion. Cancel the Open dialog box to close it.
