Minutes of the Annual General Meeting Held: Nene Valley Community Centre, Candy Street, Peterborough PE2 9RE 23 rd June 2018 Start: 1.00pm End: 1.30pm

Directors and Board members of the League present were Mr K Sharp (Vice Chairman), Mr D Stapleton, Mr S Sharp, Mr P Spridgeon (Cup Competition Director), Mr P Clarke, Mr M Hankins, Mr A Mutton (Development Director), Mr G Phillips, Mr L Fedasch (Facilities Director), R Johnson, R Komisarczyk and Mrs W Newey (Secretary)

The Chairman welcomed everyone to the 2018 AGM and gave a special thanks to our honoured guests.

The Chairman requested all present to observe a minute’s silence in respect of all friends and associates that have passed this season.

The League Secretary convened the Annual General Meeting on the 23 rd June 2018 at Nene Valley Community Centre.

Clubs and others intimating apologies were received from Mr C B Wilson (Chairman), D Barfoot (Discipline Director) Mr P Chappell and Ron Seddon (Netherton United FC)

All Clubs attended except Uppingham Town FC, Bretton North End and Parkway Eagles FC

The minutes of the 2017 AGM were confirmed as a true and correct record.

Matters Arising There were no Matters Arising.

The Peterborough & District Football League’s Annual Report and Accounts were presented to the meeting and unanimously accepted.

The League Constitution

Chairman asked Clubs to accept the circulated Constitution for the 2018/19 Season – unanimously accepted.

Chairman asked the clubs to give dispensation to the Board, in respect of the Veterans Development Divisions, to determine any issue arising throughout the season, without recourse to an EGM - unanimously accepted
