Sample SIAFU Chapter Budget Forecasting Your Chapter’s Yearly Expenses

We provide this sample SIAFU Chapter budget (see next page) to stir your imagination on the kinds of expenses you will have during the course of your year. Some of these items, of course, can be obtained for less expense, and not all of the budget categories will apply to every Chapter. Still, having an overall annual budget plan for your Chapter will not only help you to avoid surprises month by month, but also pinpoint for you the kinds of funds you’ll need to carry out your activities and projects as you go. (You can adjust your budget based on what you need, and what categories will apply to your Chapter). Your Leadership Council should spend time forecasting your goals for the year and set your budget based on the various events and desires you hope to accomplish at your Chapter.
