7. Assign and/or ask someone to give the specific Chapter challenge (i.e., a specific Word to encourage and challenge the Chapter, connected to the teaching). 8. Gather and put together announcements, especially those regarding any details of an upcoming service project (e.g., the time of the project, its location, what to bring). 9. Assign someone to the Benediction for the Chapter Meeting, the closing prayers for the time. (Remember any significant prayer requests at this time.)

10. Make sure that snacks and drinks will be purchased and prepared for the meeting, and set up well in advance of the meeting.

11. Ensure someone is assigned to unlock and prep the meeting room for the SIAFU Chapter meeting (i.e., that the thermostat is set, chairs set up, the room is clean, and tables are set up, wiped off, and ready for use), and in charge of clean up after the meeting.
