Treasurer The Treasurer of the Chapter is charged with managing and overseeing the finances and resources of the Chapter, including (but not limited to) collecting funds for specific events or projects, keeping track of Chapter expenses and funds, and reporting on finances of the Chapter to Chapter leadership, to Chapter members, and to church/ministry leaders. The Treasurer should be prepared to provide regular, detailed reports of the Chapter’s financial status to its members. Host/Hostess This role applies to each regular Chapter gathering. The Host/Hostess should ensure that the meeting room is clean and set up before each Chapter meeting; cleaned up afterward; trash taken out and room left in better shape than when meeting started. S/he should also coordinate snacks, set out meeting refreshments, and put away food afterward. Finally, the Host/Hostess should enlist the help of volunteers after the meeting to clean up and arrange the room as they found it. Service Project Coordinator This can be either a roving role, i.e., each service project can have a different Service Project Coordinator, or a Chapter can have a single Service Project Coordinator to coordinate all the projects for a given period of time. The Service Project Coordinator should research and select service projects for the Chapter. S/he should work with the Treasurer for necessary project funds and coordinate service project at the location(s) of project. S/he should also assign someone to take photos of project and get photos to the Vice President.
