SIAFU Membership Charge

Ask new SIAFU members to come forward and stand, facing the President of the Chapter, the one who serves as the commissioner on behalf of the Chapter.

Commissioner In the presence of the Lord, and in the company of these fellow SIAFU members, we acknowledge you all standing here as new members of our fellowship, the SIAFU Chapter of [church or organization name]. On the basis of your profession of faith in Christ Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, and by virtue of your voluntary commitment to our movement, we welcome you into our Chapter, upon your answer of the following questions: As a member of [Church or Organization Name] SIAFU Chapter, will you strive through the Spirit’s leading to grow in grace and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ?

Will you gather regularly and faithfully in your own chosen church family, and actively participate in your church’s body life, fellowship, and service together?
