Our entire understanding can be summed up in this way: we believe that God can use anyone he selects, regardless of the circumstances or conditions they have come from, to impact others for good, right where they live. This includes especially their own unique network of personal relationships – family, friends, associates, others imprisoned with them. God raises up men and women, boys and girls to impact their worlds, i.e., their oikos (network of influence), those who know them, have known them, or are related in some way to them. God chooses and promotes what most folk discard and throw away. He makes people new, and uses them in mighty ways. This is the heart of the SIAFU movement and the joyful confession of every SIAFU Chapter.
