Make sure that you don’t rush through it; take the time to “get the pulse” of what this movement is, and count the cost on what God is saying to you about it. Step Three Fill out the necessary application and reference forms and submit them to TUMI for processing. Complete the SIAFU Chapter Online Application and email the link of the Pastor’s Reference Form to your pastor or ministry leader. You can find these online sources here:

Step Four Wait for notification from TUMI regarding the status of your application. Once we receive your application and reference forms, we will promptly review your application materials and as soon as possible notify you by email of your acceptance as a SIAFU Chapter. Our intent is to treat each application as a priority event; we will do all in our power to contact you promptly after your submission of all the necessary materials. Step Five Receive notification of your acceptance, and take all necessary actions and efforts to set up your Chapter. Once we have contacted you regarding your acceptance status, then it will be time to begin to set up your Chapter. We have created a Chapter Launch Checklist which you should use to make certain that you follow all the necessary steps to start your Chapter. This is important, for all SIAFU Chapters will be set up according to a single SIAFU standard protocol. This Checklist will prove to be a handy guide for you as you think through the various pieces of your Chapter. Please note: the Chapter Launch Checklist was developed as a helpful guide for you, and does not need to be submitted to TUMI.
