Joe Konschnik Board Chairman, Independent Laboratory Institute American Council of Independent Laboratories In his role as RESTEK’s Business Development Manager for the global Food & Agriculture market Joe observes market needs, identifies new technologies, product opportunities and oversees technical content development for new applications. After receiving his B.S. Degree in Public Health/Environmental Health from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania Joe spent the next 19 years of his career working for some of the nation’s largest environmental testing

laboratory companies. As an analytical chemist he gained experience in sample collection, preparation and analysis having performed EPA methods for analysis of organic and inorganic contaminants in water, soil and air matrices. Joe has been an employee-owner with RESTEK for 17 years and an invited speaker on sampling and analytical chemistry topics globally. He serves as a volunteer in leadership roles for non-profit organizations such as ACIL, ILI and AIHA and is an active member of AOAC and AOCS.
