Founded in 1875 by Mederic Tiffon, VS Cognac, or “very special” cognac, is aged for at least two years prior to bottling and is the youngest expression in the cognac line. Porello’s first vineyards, planted with Nebbiolo, date back to the 1850s. Hand-picked fruit was destemmed, pressed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days.
