Ada Greenwood enters his fifth season coach– ing for the University of San Diego women's soccer program. Greenwood graduated from Dominican College in 1997 after completing a stellar three-year career at the NAIA

power. Greenwood was an NAIAAII-American forward and the leading goal-scorer in the Independent Conference , ending his career with 39 goals and 41 assists. Greenwood compiled an impressive coaching resume directing club teams. Currently Greenwood coaches the Surf under-18, 17 and 12 San Diego club soccer teams. assistant at Branson High School from 1993-98. During his tenure, Branson was undefeated in all of 1996-97 and was ranked first in the nation by Umbro. With Branson Greenwood also captured five straight NorCal Titles from 1993-97. Greenwood's club experience also includes directing the Marin Red Rockers in Northern Califor- nia. A native of England , Greenwood grew up in Southend in Essex County on the outskirts of London . He played soccer at Eastwood High School and also played tennis.

Tommy Tate enters his eighth season as an assistant coach for the USO women's soccer pro– gram, where his main focus is the goalkeepers. He played four years (1990-94) with the Toreros as goal– keeper and recorded 17 shutouts and finished his career with a 37-14-5 record . He recorded 16 wins and nine shutouts as a freshman and went 13-4 dur-

Tate graduated from USO in 1995 with a B.A. in History. He was also the starting goalkeeper for San Diego's Flash professional soccer team for three sea– sons. Tate currently is an assistant with the WUSA's San Diego Spirit.
