A red band cover from Wuhu to Canton, bearing Red Revenue small figures surcharged 2c on 3c, (stamp oxidized) tied by rare ‘CUSTOMS/WUHU’ cds, on reverse with ‘CUSTOMS/SHANGHAI/21.3.97’ transit and ‘CUSTOMS/ CANTON/27.3.97’ arrival cds. A domestic Red Revenue cover is very rare, especially to Canton, a diagonal tear on reverse, but not affecting the stamp or any cancellation. Rare.
