A large Hung Hsien censor cover registered to Rotterdam, Netherlands, via America, on front hand stamped ‘TIESTSIN/No.227’ registered frame chop in black, on reverse bearing London print Junk, 2c, 3c, 4c, 5c x 2, 6c 8c, 10c and $1, each tied by bilingual ‘TIENTSIN’ cds, with bilingual ‘MOUKDEN/ 17.1.16’ transit and bilingual ‘KWANCHENGTSE/17.1.16’ transit with char. index ‘First Year’ (元年) ‘SEATTLE/8.2.16’, ‘NEW YORK/15.2.16’ transit and ‘ROTTERDAM/12.3.16’ arrival cds, plus ‘Opened By Censor/1141’ seal label x 2, a few toned spots on both side.
