A cover from Tientsin registered to Tihwa, Sinkiang, via Siberia. On front hand stamped illegible ‘R/Tientsin’ registered frame chop, and bilingual ‘TAHCHEN/27.1.21’ (塔城) arrival cds,, on reverse bearing 2nd print Junk, 1c x 5 and 10c block of 6, both tied by bilingual ‘TIENTSIN” cds, with Sinkiang Government censor seal label at the top.
