Kevin spent four years at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, working alongside Raymond Blanc, before taking his first head chef role at The Feathered Nest, followed by The Feathers Hotel in Woodstock and then coming to Donnington from The Old Swan at Minster Mill. The tranquil spa at Donnington has launched Decléor as the main product house, creating a fresh abundance of treatments for guests to enjoy. The health club is also proud to introduce XERO Lipo – a new non-surgical fat reduction and body-shaping technology. This clinically-proven, safe and painless treatment incorporates new dual wavelengths technology, which can thermally alter the fat cells as well as stimulate the release of fatty acids and glycerol to shrink the cells to a size close to XERO.
