Tracy is a Jeep Enthusiast. Her 2013 Wrangler, named Speedy Steve, takes her everywhere, on road and off. Tracy hails from the hamlet of Dapp, Alberta. Dapp offers Tracy the best of city and country life. It is less than an hour from Edmonton yet she can drive 2 blocks from home and be in the country.

Tracy got Speedy Steve “to go off-road with family and friends and to enjoy the outdoors.” Now, she co-runs a group called North Country Off-Road Addicts, which goes on off-road expeditions around Alberta. It also promotes and supports causes for the community, such as “memorial runs, charitable runs and trail clean ups.” When the members of her club are not hitting the trails during the week, they can often be found meeting for coffee to discuss their next adven- ture or charitable event and to relive the glories of past expeditions.

Her favourite accessory on Speedy Steve is the air brushing on the hood and the Wild Boar Grille. Next, she has plans to add: “adjustable con- trol arms, an off-road hero top, and a synthetic winch line.”Her ultimate goal for her future involves what Tracy calls “Jeep Life”: “My abso- lute dream is to have an awesome

group that just wants to get out and enjoy their rigs as much as I do, making sure we are respectful of the trails and having memories that last forever! It is significant to note Tracy’s repeated insistence on be- ing respectful of the trails and her organization of trail clean up events.

Tracy has successfully grown a group of like-minded enthusiasts through N.C.O.A. By using social media, Tracy has persuade more Jeep owners to get back to the low tech camping life in the Alberta wilderness.
