After hours: Rest Point staff are on duty 7 days a week for emergencies only. Please respect their rights to privacy out-of-hours. After-hours boom gate access must be managed between yourself and your visitors. Out of hours attendance by any of the staff to open the boom gate, (except in the event of an emergency) will result in a $5.00 charge added to your account. Resident accounts: Please remember that front office does not have access to all your account information. If you have any queries concerning your account (site fees, electricity, water payments, etc) or any other question about your statement please let Marie know and she will forward on your enquiry.
