Salimeter ACCURA measures salt concentration in liquids, soups, sauces and liquid food with temperatures from 10 to 100 °C in the range from 0.1 to 1.75 g / 100 ml. Before first use Remove the transport insert from the inserted batteries. Measuring salinity Place the salimeter into a liquid food with both sensors (1) submerged, stir the food for several seconds and press the measurement button (2). Useful hint: For determining salinity as accurately as possible, use the salimeter in food heated to between 40 and 80 °C.
