 On 23 rd  July 2019 Dr. Satyajeet, Team Leader, AWU Satara  confiscated a sharp bit from a horse owner at village Adarki. 

 On 25 th  July 2019 Dr. Satyajeet, TL, AWU Satara painlessly  castrated a 04 month old young bull for nose rope free rearing at  village Sangavi.

‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐   Compassionate Citizen (CC) Programme: During the month of July  2019, Education Officer (EO) has visited 17 villages and 35 Govt. /  Private primary schools and also done intervention in seven  schools regarding student’s exposure visit to sanctuary where we  have already conducted the CC workshops in the village areas of  Sangli and Kolhapur districts. Met all these concerns and all these  concerns have appreciated the programme.  CC workshop : During the month EO has conducted  08  CC  workshops in govt. and private primary schools of Sangli and  Kolhapur districts accordingly. During these workshops  576 students and  32  teachers took active part in the programme.  Detailed report of the same has been already shared with the  concerned.
