Great wine to drink on its own in summer but also perfect with grilled fish, tomato salad, vegetable-based dishes, Asian cuisine (sushi, sweet and spicy chicken, jackfruit curry, sweet and sour cauliflower), rice-based dishes, fish & chips, pigs in blankets, tofu & veggie stir fry. Fabulous aperitif to share with friends and family or over dinner Vibrant cherry, blackberry and strawberry flavours with hints of flowers and sweet spices supported with a creamy texture on the palate and gentle acidity to deliver a refreshing dry finish. Aromatic and fruit forward, evokes freshness and jovial relaxation of summer, with notes of cherry, blackberry, strawberry, rose petals and citrus perfumed aromas. Bright, lively wine. Pastel pink in colour. A pale Rosé reminiscent of Côte de Provence but inspired by the Campo Viejo house style
