578 1912 (28 July) A red band cover to Tsinan, on reverse bearing overprinted ‘ROC’ on Coiling Dragon 1c x 3, each tied by very neat bilingual ‘POCHOW’ (亳州) cds, with year index ‘1912’ (元年) char. ‘HONAN’ and bilingual ‘TSAOHSIEN/30.7.12’ transit, and illegible char. 2.8.12’ arrival cds, very nice First Year cover with a few postmarks. Index ‘1912’ (元年) plus the same cancel on other side, with ‘MACAU/8.3.12’ arrival cds, a unique cover showing continuous usage of Imperial China postage in ROC, a few stain marks on both sides.
