578 1912 (28 July) A red band cover to Tsinan, on reverse bearing overprinted ‘ROC’ on Coiling Dragon 1c x 3, each tied by very neat bilingual ‘POCHOW’ (亳州) cds, with year index ‘1912’ (元年) char. ‘HONAN’ and bilingual ‘TSAOHSIEN/30.7.12’ transit, and illegible char. 2.8.12’ arrival cds, very nice First Year cover with a few postmarks. Photo HK$ 2,000 - 3,000 579 1912 (7 May) A printed matter rate large government cover to Macau, on front bearing CIP Coiling Dragon 2c green, tied by bilingual ‘TSINSHAN’ cds, with char. Index ‘1912’ (元年) plus the same cancel on other side, with ‘MACAU/8.3.12’ arrival cds, a unique cover showing continuous usage of Imperial China postage in ROC, a few stain marks on both sides.
