Bahamas 2019

Our trip to the Bahamas is just around the corner. All you will need to do is pack your bag, grab your golf clubs, spa shoes, swimming attire and show up at the airport. The rest is on us! We will be staying at The Cove Atlantis and have put together an itinerary we hope everyone will enjoy. While we do have some scheduled events and dinners, there will be plenty of time for you to enjoy what the Atlantis has to offer. We truly appreciate the business you do with Merritt and hope you enjoy our hospitality and have a great time. In this booklet you will find a list of attendees, itinerary, golf foursomes and a map of the Atlantis. There are no hard copy travel documents, just show up at the airport with passport in-hand and check in. Flight numbers and times are listed on the itinerary. Everyone will need to check in on-line 24 hours prior to our scheduled flights each way. It is at this time that your boarding pass will be issued. You can either print the pass and bring it with you, or, when you check in at airports they will give it to you for boarding. The confirmation number you will need to use along with your name is UZE6WD.
