FOURTEENTH RESOLUTION: AUTHORITY

Purpose The fourteenth resolution is a common resolution making it possible to undertake all the legal formalities of filing and disclosure required by law after the General Meeting.

Fourteenth resolution: Delegation of authority to carry out the formalities related to the General Meeting Acting under the quorum and majority requirements applicable to Extraordinary General Meetings, the General Meeting confers full

powers on any bearer of an extract or copy of these minutes recording its deliberations to carry out all legal publication or other formalities.
