45+ SENIOR SOFTBALL LEAGUE Calling all interested players who are looking for a fun, recreational, pickup softball league. Participants meet once a week and play a game or two. Wooden bats and pitching carpet are used (provided). There is no sliding. Last season more than 30 players participated, representing all of Scott County. Tahpah Park Fields 6 & 7, 1490 Adams St. Day Dates Time Ages Cost Code FALL LEAGUE SOFTBALL Parks and Recreation offers a fall softball program for men on Wednesday evenings. League play is five weeks beginning the week of Aug. 21 and concludes with a one-week playoff. League champions will receive team T-shirts. Teams interested in playing in the Fall League must follow these procedures: 1. Registration information will be available online or at the Parks and Recreation Office beginning July 15. 2. Registration starts July 22. Registration fee of $210 must be paid at the time of registering. Additional umpire fee will be due at league meeting. Leagues will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All registered teams must attend the manager’s meeting. Information on the meeting will be in the team confirmation packet. SHAKOPEE-PRIOR LAKE WATER SKI ASSOCIATION

Shakopee Prior Lake Water Ski Association (SPLWSA), which includes the Shockwaves show team, is the longest continuously operated non-profit water ski club in the country. The organization provides the community with ways to learn and participate and entertain the community on a regular basis. • FREE water ski shows at Quarry Lake, Thursdays during the summer. Great family entertainment. • Always looking for new members to join the team. We provide training for all skill levels and the whole family can participate. • Shockwaves adaptive ski clinics will be offered to the community to break down physical barriers for all to enjoy the sport. • Learn to Ski programs are another opportunity to develop waterskiing skills. OUTDOOR PICKLEBALL Shakopee has four dedicated pickleball courts at Lions Park, 1103 Adams St., and a pickleball/tennis multipurpose court at Riverside Fields Park, 7800 Crossing Blvd. PICKLEBALL LEAGUE Watch our Facebook page for information about our newly formed summer league that will start in June.
