DISTRICT 1 REPORT TERRY L. GWALTNEY

In today’s Emergency Services world, times have changed, faces have changed and even attitudes have changed. With the new changes being implemented by these people, communications has become very difficult. This year I have devoted my activities to contacting these new people, face to face, obtaining updated contact information and attempting to help them understand why they need to be members of the Virginia State Firefighter’s Association.

Terry L. Gwaltney 1 st . District Executive Committee.
