SHIPPING CHARGES Flat Rate Program: Effective June 1st, 2015, Jantz will ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous states for only $15.95. Our choice of carrier. Rates for Hawaii, Alaska and international destinations are charged actual shipping costs. Machinery and equipment weighing 25 lbs or more do not qualify and will be charged actual shipping. economy Package program: orders weighing less than three pounds, can be shipped postal economy, for only $7.95. Insurance: Add $1.00 for each $100.00 of merchandise ordered to insure your package against loss or damage. Due to current carrier fuel charges we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as necessary. International orders: Are subject to additional shipping charges. YOUMAYCALL OR E-MAIL FOR CURRENT SHIPPING RATES. International orders where insurance is not available are sent at customer’s risk. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. While we willl do everything in our power to help, we have no control over customs. PRICING Every effort is made to maintain the prices listed, however, due to the fluctuating economy, all prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors, if in doubt call or e-mail. If you find an error, we would appreciate you contacting us so corrections can be made. WARRANTIES All tools and accessories are warranted to perform as advertised. Many items carry a manufacturer’s warranty. If any item is received defective, contact the manufacturer according to warranty instructions. They will instruct you on returning the item for repair or replacement. Made at JANTZ using JD964 Tasmanian Bowie with AD964 slotted guard. Features Desert Ironwood and Musk Ox handle material. Using Solar Flare decorative torx screws, 1/8" Spaniel Paw Print mosaic pin, brass tubing nickel silver and copper spacers.

We accept only U.S. funds: money orders, credit and debit cards; MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Pay-Pal. Checks are held to clear. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all returned items. COD available by UPS ground only: COD fee's will be added to invoice total, money orders required, no checks or cash. Do Not send cash in the mail. CUSTOMER SERVICE Our knowledgeable staff will be glad to assist you with questions concerning products we offer. We want you to know what you will be getting, how it works. If we do not know the answer, we may be able to tell you where the information can be found. Many books and dvd's are available in our catalog to help with knife making, leather craft, gunsmithing, machining and more. The ultimate decision of suitability of any product to perform a given task is up to the customer. We cannot be responsible for the choice you make as to the suitability of any item to meet your requirements. DAMAGE OR LOSS Every effort is made to assure your package arrives in perfect condition. It is your responsibility to inspect all packages for any visible damage before acceptance. DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITH VISIBLE DAMAGES. Unless opened and inspected in the presence of the shipping agent. If you find damage you MUST follow these steps. 1. KEEPALL BOXES AND PACKING. 2. REPORT DAMAGE TO CARRIER. 3. CONTACT JANTZ FOR INSTRUCTIONS. Insured orders that are lost or damaged, can not be replaced until the claim has been paid You have 10 days to inspect your order. If not satisfied, call for a return authorization. We will exchange or issue store credit, you must pay all shipping charges involved. A restocking fee will apply. Each item returned must be unused, unaltered and resalable. No used merchandise will be accepted. Books, Videos, Machinery and Parts are sold on a non- returnable basis. Returns without a return authorization number printed on the box and the original invoice may be refused. “THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED” Our goal is to process your order quickly, completely and accurately. Problems are minimal, but mistakes do happen. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If a discrepancy is noted, contact us immediately, we will check original documentation to see what happened. Often we find a customer has overlooked the item or it may be “stuck” in the packing materials. If this is the case, we will ask you to check again. If you were not the person to open the package, contact them for verification. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPUTES OVER PHONE ORDERS WHEN SENT AS INVOICED. “OH-NO, I MADE A MISTAKE!” If you find you ordered an item by mistake and cannot use it, call us.
