Jantz USA Made Damascus Series Blades are designed with the knifemaker in mind. From our original “Damascus Seven” series of bird blades to our newly designed bowie, fillet and hatchet our goal is to make the blade for the knife you want. Featuring made in USA Damascus blades in the same design as some of your very favorite 440C blades from our selection on pages 28 and 29. All blades are flat ground from Alabama Damascus steel, a combination of 5160, 203E 52100, 15n20 folded into 416 layers. Heat treated to 58-60 Rc. Etched and sharpened to a razor edge. Made in USA by Jantz .

Overall length of 5 1/2”, blade is 2 1/8" long and 1” wide. 1/8” thick with 3/16" handle holes. Knife shown with Merino ram horn and Copper Star mosaic pin.

False top edge of 1 5/8" and nicely tapered blade make the False Chukar a blade you will want to add to your collection. Overall length of 5", blade is 3" long and 3/4" wide and 1/8" thick.
