Bow type stranding and laying-up machines

The high-speed bow type machine is suitable for a wide range of products with the back twist process giving high quality results. use components made from the most modern materials, such as carbon fibre for the bows, tungsten carbide for bushes and hardened steel for rollers. Set up is by control panel, and an electro-mechanical or pneumatic self- compensated brake controls tension of the cores. Safe use is maintained by control of bearing temperatures and vibration and the machine is protected with a pneumatically controlled soundproof cover, inside fans and lights.
