Work Closely with Church and Chapter Leadership (Spring No Surprises!)

Make certain that you stay within the bounds of your church and/or organization in the various things sponsored by and conducted at your gathering. The Chapter leadership is answerable to the leaders who sponsor their Chapter. As such, please make certain that the activities and meetings hosted in the name of the Chapter coincide with the wishes and commitments of the sponsoring church or organization. Let there be no curves or surprises given during the Chapter gatherings. Make sure that you conduct your Chapter’s affairs with excellence, openness, and efficiency, and always inform your leaders of anything that might have changed or been altered at your meetings. Developing and keeping trust with the Chapter leaders is significant for the smooth, godly operation of your gatherings and will ensure that you continue to build confidence in the leaders of the sponsoring organization or church.
