CCRT + Brachytherapy + Adj. CT

CCRT+ BRT with Weekly Cis 40mg/m2

Concurrent Chemo - Weekly Cis 40 mg/m2 + Gemcitabine 125mg/m2 Adjuvant chemo -2 weeks after brachy Cisplatin and Gemcitabine 2 cycles
