EMBROIDERY & MONOGRAMMING Digitizing cost is $100 per logo. There is no charge for digitizing orders over 100 pieces for robes and over 200 pieces for towels. Embroidery cost is $3.50 per item up to 5,000 stitches; for additional stitches, please call to obtain a quote. Slippers are embroidered overseas (500 pair minimum). Lead time is 10-12 weeks from sample approval. Individual monogramming is also available. Please call (877) 421-6001 for quotes and additional information. PACKAGING All products are packaged in individual polyester bags. Terry, Velour and lined robes are packaged 10 per box. Waffle robes, 20 per box. Velour and microfiber wraps, 20 per box. Waffle wraps, 50 per box. PVC slippers, 50 pairs per box. EVA slippers, 100 pairs per box. Towel packaging quantities vary depending on style; please call for details.

RETURNS & CLAIMS All orders returned after 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All claims for defective or misprinted merchandise must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Failure to do so will void all claims. Embroidered goods are not returnable or refundable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION Freight quotes are estimated freight charges and may be adjusted at time of invoicing due to price fluctuations. C.O.D. shipments have an additional charge. Shipments are usually FOB Florida.

PRODUCTION TIME Production time begins when both art and credit terms are approved. Most blank orders ship within 24 hours. Normal production time for embroidered orders is 7-10 business days following approval. Preproduction samples may add 3-4 days to normal production time.
