Set up We will arrive and be set up 90 minutes before the ceremony and will work with the graduation ceremony staff as requested by the Graduation Event Coordinator/ Contact. Equipment We will furnish all equipment to efficiently photograph the ceremony, including the necessary backup equipment. If a camera should fail during the ceremony, we will simply pick up the backup camera and continue to photograph the students as they receive their diplomas. Ordering We will email digital proofs within 24 hours of the ceremony. We mail free color proofs to each individual graduate for which we have an address within four days of the ceremony.

Your graduate’s identity is safe with us Our ordering website is password protected so only the student and their family can access their information. Professionally dressed personnel We provide properly dressed and properly trained staff to fit in with your ceremony. Student identification We identify the students through a combination of information cards and audio recording (with backup) of the ceremony.
