These are part of a larger suite of newly refurbished offices used by a private clinical psychology practice. The rooms would suit a speech pathologist or other health professional as there are many referral opportunities in the area with a large GP practice very nearby. The learning environment uses realistic clinical scenarios and simulated human manikins in a small group environment to develop core practical skills for speech pathologists working with this population. It allows for the development of confidence in tracheostomy management for the clinician prior to live patient contact. TASP is designed for speech pathologists who have limited practical experience working with the adult patient with a tracheostomy.
