2019 September Board Book

Dairy Princess Training Week was held July 9-12 at the Holiday Inn Express in Turlock and at Modesto Junior College ACE Pavilion in Modesto. The four-day training provided the young ladies with presentation and public speaking skills, as well as etiquette training, social media tips and an overview of industry programs and issues.

The CMAB provided publicity for all contests through press releases to local media and dairy producers about upcoming events and contest winners.

A special thank you to the 2018 California Dairy Princesses. The 19 young women represented California dairy farmers at 259 separate events with an average of 507 people at each event. This includes 97 classroom visits reaching 2,359 students; 26 Ag days that 10,320 students participated in. Dairy Princesses attended 74 industry meetings. Lastly, the 2018 California Dairy Princesses were at 124 community events ranging from fairs and parades to local business meetings.
