 Total US Dollar Sales % Change RCM Seal vs No Seal The top chart below illustrates the dollar sales percent of change for each 1 year period and YTD 2019 showing nice growth since 2015 for Sealed items. The bottom chart shows 13 four-week periods through 8/11/19. The yellow bars represent items with the Real California Milk Seal, while the gray bars represent all items without the Seal. Please note that this data includes all dairy categories, excluding fluid milk . The good news is that items with the Seal continue growing in sales volume on a national basis. Looking at the number of periods over a rolling year, items with the Seal have experienced positive growth, outpacing the growth of items without the Seal in 13 out of 13 periods over this 52 week chart.
