your brain is being bathed with sunlight. Imagine that you’re literally breathing sunlight into your forehead. • Just remain like this for a minute or so and continue to breathe the sunlight into your forehead. • Now open your mouth, and swallow a gulp of air and sunlight into your stomach. Then, while holding your breath, face your palms downward and lightly tense your arms, your abdomen, your buttocks, and your legs. Imagine that the energy of the sun is being absorbed into your bones, your muscles, and your lower back. • Remain in this position for a moment or two. Feel the sunlight penetrating into the core of your bones and being stored there. • Now exhale and relax for a moment. At that point, take another gulp of air and sun, and repeat. You can repeat this process as many times as you like. I usually do it three or four times. • Then relax and enjoy the sun on your face for a little while longer. If you feel self-conscious doing this exercise in public, sit on a more private park bench in the sun. Occasionally pretend to yawn and, while doing so, swallow some sunlight. Lightly tense your muscles, and imagine the vitality being absorbed into your bones. Or simply sit there and let the sun bathe your forehead. Even this will do a lot. There is very strong evidence that sun- light can help turn the FAT Programs off. 5 Ideal Body Visualization While Eating the Sun After completing the exercise, simply stand in the sunlight and imagine you are in the ideal shape that you’d like to be. This whole exercise should take no more than two to five minutes to perform. Getting essential nutrients and vital energy is one part of the equation. But no matter how fresh and nutritious the food is, if
