Creating Your New Body

O kay, let’s put this all together and design an approach that works for you. As you will see, it’s pretty easy to do: just focus on a few things each month until they become habits. Once they are habits, you won’t have to think about them ever again.

The Approach Month by Month

Month One

At night: At night before you go to sleep, look at the picture you have selected, practice visualization for a few seconds, and then listen to the Gabriel Method CD. 1 Allow yourself to drift off to sleep while listening to the CD. I recommend doing this every night for the first month, or several times a week at least, and then on a regular basis for the following few months. The CD addresses all of the many possi- ble forms of emotional starvation, emotional obesity, and mental obesity. It also helps you practice visualization while in the highly receptive state of SMART Mode. In this way, all night long you will be creating a body that wants to be thin, while you’re getting a great night’s sleep.
