Commissioner In the presence of the Lord God, the God and Father of our Lord Jesus, and in the company of the saints of this assembly, we gather to acknowledge you all together as members of our fellowship, the Anyname Fellowship Church family. On your profession of faith in Christ Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, and by virtue of our knowledge of your personal walk with him and commitment to this church, we welcome you into our family upon your answer of the following questions.

As a member of Anyname, will you strive through the Spirit’s leading to grow in grace and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ?

Will you gather regularly and faithfully with the other members of our church family, and actively participate in our body life, fellowship, and service together?

Will you allow the Lord to faithfully use your life and gifts to build up the members of this body, and to whomsoever the Lord will lead, as he gives you the strength and opportunity?
