1. Train the team in principles of urban church planting

2. Provide practical ongoing guidance for how to accomplish each step of the church planting process

3. Meet regularly with team leader

4. Provide expert counsel to team in planning meetings

5. Help the team execute plans

6. Help the team evaluate programs and make adjustments

7. Help team utilize World Impact support ministries for enhancing their church planting efforts

C. The sending church is ultimately responsible for the spiritual accountability and oversight of their appointed leader and church plant members. D. The core members, support members, volunteer members, and indigenous leaders will be expected to submit to the authority of the team leader and the World Impact coach.

5. Retreat together.

B. Work on forging a common vision and strategy for this project and training each team member to articulate it.
