Pimm’s Cup:

Remy Martin

A fine cognac with a subtle aroma, smooth and mellow taste. V.S.O.P. is a traditional designation meaning “Very Special Old Pale”.

V.S.O.P.:

Made from the fruit of the elder bush which has a licorice flavor. Produced in Italy, it is a colorless liqueur, sweet, velvety, intensely flavored and often quite alcoholic. Served with an odd number of coffee beans for good luck.

Sambuca:

Southern Comfort: A fine domestic liqueur with a bourbon base, and peach and citrus flavor.

A Jamaican liqueur flavored with spices and coffee. Has a pleasant coffee-cocoa aroma and taste. Not as sweet and syrupy as Kahlua or the average coffee liqueur.

Tia Maria:

A clear, orange flavored liqueur containing both sweet and bitter oranges. Drier and higher proof than Curacao. Used as a sweetener in Margaritas and Side Cars.

Triple Sec:

French (dry) or Italian (sweet). Made by an infusion of herbs to which highly clarified white wine is introduced. Sugar is added for dry and bianco types, and flavored caramel for the “sweet”. Pasteurized and filtered before bottling.
