Small fridge, computer equipment, order pads, reset, take out boxes and expo needs.

Keep the side stations clean and tidy at all times.

Opening: 1. Refill or renew coffee rings for each side station, including the back Grille Kitchen area.

2. Fill each side station with 30 clean and dry B&B Plates.

3. Refill tea boxes, make sure the full variety of teas is available and place them on main side station. Have an extra box in the back area. 4. Put 2 wiping-cloths in an empty bowl on each side station for cleaning tables. Prepare filled spray bottle containing sanitizing solution available.

5. Assure all side stations have condiments full and clean

6. All side stations and tray holders should be wiped and clean, all trays need dollies on top.

7. Fill up glasses and check if ice is full.
