General cleaning and set-up at the end of every Lunch:

 The yogurt machine must be emptied out and cleaned once a week. It is the duty of the Lunch crew to fill it up and have back up available and the responsibility of the dinner crew to clean it up.  To clean, turn the machine on wash mode, drain the yogurt in to plastic pitchers. Fill the yogurt machine with water and let it drain until the water is clear. Remove all parts, clean and wipe inside out. Put washed component in a big container, let morning shift people put them back together.

 Make sure the bread boxes are closed to keep the bread fresh and crispy.  On Mondays there’s no Dinner scheduled, and therefore cleaning day for the lunch crew. All shelves have to be cleaned. Return all items to the place they belong. The fridge has to be emptied and cleaned.
