The Grille lunch crew is responsible for the set-up of the Grille for Dinner and dinner crew is responsible for set up for lunch the next day. You have to set up the tables according to the floor plan made by manager/ asst. manager. Get the tablecloth and the napkins as soon as it is possible. The sooner you can start everyday with the preparation of the set up the earlier you will be done. Please ask your supervisor whether you can start to prepare or not.

Due to the fact that the Grille serves Pre- Fix Menu, menu knowledge is very important and every server is responsible to know the ingredients of all items.

Dessert show plates are prepared by the pastry and will be placed on the side table to the Grille lunch kitchen. Every server need to present dessert after dinner.

Napkin-folding changes weekly.
